After-sales Service

Scandwood allows the following conditions, whether the products are bought directly from the warehouse or from the depots:

1. Return or replacement of products are allowed, within 3 days from date of sale, if found factory defective.
2. Oiling and tightening of screws, within 1 year from date of sale (note: subject to staff and transportation availability).
3. Clean up and sanding of wood furniture, within 1 year from date of sale. Minimal charge applies (usually to cover labor and transportation fees), if more than 1 year from date of sale.
